Innisfil Beach Park
Our popular bench, CAL-701, was placed along with our garbage receptacle, CAY-133, at Innisfil Beach Park in 2016. Both of these site furnishings compliment the landscape beautifully while serving their desired functions.
Lake Wilcox Park
In 2015, we provided our popular picnic table, CAT-034 to the City of Richmond Hill. CAT-034 has seats that are customizable in number, making it perfect for high traffic areas such as parks and community centers. CAT-034 can also be outfitted with a parasol, CAU-375S for added sun protection.
We supplied the town of Whitby with our recycled plastic benches, CAB-870B and CAB-870. They were placed along the playground perimeter for parents to rest on.
Canaan supplied multiple units of CAL-716 for the community of Binbrook in 2014. Located inside the busy Binbrook Plaza at Regional Road 56, these seats provide a perfect place for travelers to rest and relax. The curved design of these benches allows them to be parallel to the circular stone plaza they are surrounding. CAL-716 is a popular unit for bus stops and rail transit systems.
Vaughan City Hall
We supplied our picnic table, CAT-034, to the Vaughan City Hall in 2013. These shiny, black picnic tables were finished with the Canaan powdercoating system. The picnic tables have held up beautifully and give employees a spot to rest on during their breaks.
Niagara College Campus
We custom-made and supplied 47 pieces of our ever popular recycling station, CAR-707 (4 stream), for Niagara College in Ontario. This unit was colour-coded and designed with a hollow backboard in mind. The backboard contains four display areas where a 8.5″x11″ sheet of paper can be input.
University of Waterloo
The Student Life Center at University of Waterloo has purchased 30 units total of our picnic tables, CAT-030 and CAT-200. The neutral gray slats compliment the building aesthetics perfectly, and give students a place to study and relax. Both of these tables are environmentally-friendly and made with 100% recycled plastic slats.
City of Niagara
In 2011, The City of Niagara reached out to Canaan for assistance on designing a recycling component for Queen Street. Many of our receptacles now decorate the bustling Niagara streets.
City of Calgary
We supplied the City of Calgary with our solid metal bench, CAL-875, for bus stations throughout the city. These benches have an arced back, making them comfortable to sit on while waiting for public transit to arrive.
The Toronto Humber College Campus features two of our products – CAB-820 and CAY-132. Both of these products are made out of cedar-coloured 100% recycled plastic slats, with silver steel framing. Surrounded by bustling greenery, and a busy campus, these two site furnishings serve their purposes well.
