Warranty
At Canaan Site Furnishings (”Canaan”), your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Every piece of Canaan’s commercial furniture is designed to withstand the natural elements and held to the highest standard in terms of functionality and durability. Canaan warrants our standard products against materials and/ or workmanship defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of invoice. Non-standard or custom products have a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accident, negligence, tampering, vandalism, clearance, or that has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Canaan. Canaan will, at its option, repair, replace or refund products if the purchaser received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
