Canaan Site Furnishings provides warranty coverage for a wide range of commercial outdoor furniture, including benches, picnic tables, bike racks, bollards, planters, and other site furnishings.
Our warranty and return policy are designed to support long-term performance in public environments such as parks, campuses, transit stations, and municipal projects.
Product Warranty
Canaan offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- 5-year limited warranty on structural components and materials
- 1-year limited warranty on finishes such as powder coating
Warranty coverage begins from the date of invoice.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers defects related to:
- Manufacturing issues
- Material failure under normal conditions
- Structural integrity of products

What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Shipping costs or installation labor
- Damage caused by environmental factors beyond normal use
Return Policy
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is defective
- Product is damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect product was shipped
Approved returns are subject to:
- 25% restocking fee
- 10% payment processing fee (if applicable)
All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
- Damage must be noted at the time of delivery
- Products must not be installed or used
- Original packaging must be retained
