Payment Terms

We accept payments through debit, credit, wire transfer, etc. For more details regarding the different types of payment methods available to you, please contact us or visit us on site.

Lead Time

Production of order commences upon receipt of signed Order Confirmation/ executed Purchase Order, and approved credit. All non-standard products require signed approval drawings and deposit upon production. Lead time on most products is 8 to 10 weeks. Lead time is an approximation and Canaan is not responsible for site and shipment delays.

Shipping and Delivery

Canaan is a supply-only company. Offloading is the responsibility of the receiver. All packages are to be inspected at the time of deliver. Please do not sign the bill of landing without checking the package. In the case of damaging on freight, please note on the bill of landing so Canaan could do a follow up claim. Canaan expects notification within 48 hours. Tailgate delivery can be requested at the time of order, if this is a requirement,

Installation

Canaan does not provide the products assembled. We provide pre-assembly for a fee. Contact us for more details.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange if the purchaser received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). The refund in the full amount will be assessed the industry standard of 25% restocking fee, and 10% payment processing fee if applicable. Shipping fees cannot be refunded

No claim shall be valid unless notice thereof, in writing, is received by Canaan within three (3) days after purchaser’s receipt of merchandise. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect shipment at the time of delivery and note any damage on the bill of landing or delivery receipt. Return, refund or exchanges will not be issued on custom-made, used, modified, final sale or as-is items. Products must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Most of the packaging materials here at Canaan are reusable and/ or recyclable.

Our recycled Plastic Lumber is made over 90% post industrial or post-consumer recycled materials. Our Composite Wood is made of a blend of 95% Recycled Wood and Plastic. We try to reduce the waste at hand by creating something our of recyclable materials.

  • Indoor Environmental Quality: Environmental Tobacco Smoke Control

Canaan offers a complete lineup of products to create an outdoor smoking area away from buildings. This option gives people the ability to dispose of their tobacco waste at a regulated area. This also helps others regulate the space where tobacco is intended to use.

  • Indoor Environmental Quality: Low Emitting Materials

Our recycled Plastic Lumber and Composite Wood does not have volatile organic compound (VOC) and are made with no added urea-formaldehyde.

We keep all information confidential; we do not solicit, send junk email or sell contact information to mailing sites.
